Very Quick and Easy: Unbaked Rolls with Coconut and Biscuits!

Here another interesting cake without baking. Instead of plasma biscuits you can use another biscuit, but the real taste is with plasma.

Ingredients:

For the mixture of biscuits:

10.5 oz (300 g) of ground plasma biscuits, 2 full tablespoons of cocoa, 3.5 oz (100 g) of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons rum, 6.7 oz (2 dl) milk

For the cream: 3.5 oz (100 g) of powdered sugar, 100 g butter or margarine, 1.7 oz (50 g) of coconut

And more: 1.7 oz (50 g) of coconut

Preparation:

Milled biscuits, cocoa, icing sugar, rum and milk mix well (first with mixer, and then with hands), to give a compact mass that can be easily formed. Whisk the butter or margarine by mixer then add the coconut flour and powdered sugar, and all stir until blended. Cellophane sprinkle with coconut flour (the rest 1.7 oz (50 grams)!), put the mixture of biscuits and stretch. Above the mixture of biscuit spread over the cream of butter or margarine. Make the roll, wrapped in cellophane and put in a cool place to tighten. When chilled, cut into 0.3 inches (1 cm) thick slices.
