Most people think for banana like a bad choice for those who want to lose weight, but nutritionists do not agree. If you want to decrease abdominal fat, bananas could be your choice.

Bananas and fibers:

You need 1 orange, 2 tablespoons of whey, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed.

Bananas and wild berries:

Mix 1 tablespoon honey, 1 banana, half a cup of lukewarm water, one cup of wild berry and one tablespoon of ground ginger.

Bananas and spinach:

1/3 a cup of cereal, mix with one banana, 7 oz (200 grams) of fresh spinach and 1 tablespoon of honey.

All drinks can be prepared in the same manner. Mix them all together and enjoy a glass of complete health. This drink will help to burn fat.
