1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon cone hops
1 tablespoon valerian

Combine all these ingredients in a cup of boiling water and let it infuse for about 45 minutes. Have a glass of this tea without sugar and you will experience a comfortable and quality sleep.
