Ingredients (for 8-10 cookies)

2 pieces of ripe bananas

3.5 oz ( 100 g) soft oatmeal

 Preparation:

Peel two ripe bananas (as mature and softer).

Tear them into smaller pieces and add them to the 3.5 oz (100 g) of soft oatmeal.

With a fork squeeze the bananas and merge them with oat flakes until they are combined.

On a baking sheet with a spoon spread the mixture for biscuits and shape them equally.

You can sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. Shaped cookies bake at 200 degrees about 15 minutes while they get brown.
