For years, people talk about her detox diet. This three-day diet is ideal for all those in need of energy and cleaning (detoxification) of the entire body.

Here’s how to eat according to this diet:

Day 1

7:00 h (after waking up): A glass of water with lemon (room temperature)

 8.00am: herbal tea

 10.00 am (breakfast): Shake (1 cup hot “chai” tea, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, half teaspoon nutmeg, 2 teaspoons of ginger, half a cup of almond or coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of almond butter, a little honey or stevia, protein powder, if desired)

11.30 am: a cup of hot water with lemon or herbal tea

13.30 (lunch): soup of chickpeas

 16:00 h (snack): pate of walnuts and lenses

18.00 (dinner): stuffed pumpkin with quinoa

Day 2

7:00 h (after waking up): A glass of water with lemon (room temperature)

8.00 am: herbal tea

10.00 am (breakfast): hot chocolate with mint

11.30 am: a cup of hot water with lemon or herbal tea

 13.30 (lunch): soup of carrots

 16:00 h (snack): handful of mixed seeds or almonds

18.00 (dinner): Chicken and broccoli

Day 3

7:00 h (after waking up): A glass of water with lemon (room temperature)

8.00 am: herbal tea

10.00 am (breakfast): spicy shake (cups chicken or soup bones, scoop paste, a pinch of salt, half a cup of almond or coconut milk)

11.30 am: a cup of hot water with lemon or herbal tea

13.30 (dinner): salad with miso root plants and balsamic vinegar

16:00 h (snack): pate of lenses and walnuts

18.00 (dinner): poached salmon in coconut milk
