Gargling liquids is one of the simplest and most effective way of killing bacteria and relief the symptoms of sore throat, especially for colds. At the first onset of pain and redness try some of these remedies with gargling that can be used several times a day. 1. Salt and water

This is a traditional and very simple remedy for sore throat. In a cup of warm water, pour a quarter teaspoon of salt and stir well. Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant, and this spice has long been used as a remedy for sore throat. In one cup of warm water, mix half a teaspoon of turmeric and ½ teaspoon of salt.

10. Apple vinegar and salt

Mix two tablespoons of apple vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water several times a day. If the cough is not so pronounced, reduce the amount of vinegar and add a teaspoon of honey.

11.Echinacea and water

Echinacea stimulates the functioning of cells and macrophages, helps in suppressing inflammation, and for the mixture, stir two tablespoons of Echinacea tincture and a cup of hot water. If your throat is irritated, it is advisable to gargle three times a day with this mixture.

12. Tea of Raspberry

According to numerous studies, this tea is one of the most reliable ways of sore throat relief. It is best to use dried raspberry leaves and two teaspoons of leaves pour with boiling water. Throat should be gargled with lukewarm tea.
