It has been proven that buckwheat has curative effect for many health problems. Since it enhances memory, buckwheat is also called the ideal food for the brain.

The recipe for the preparation of buckwheat:

In the evening, pour the grains with boiling water, then drain the water and pour boiling water again (1 cup buckwheat beans – 1.5 glasses of water).

Cover and leave overnight (do not boil). In the morning, it will be ready for use.

Buckwheat is allowed to eat as much as you want, without spices, sauces and salt (can only be soy sauce). During the day drink 33.8 oz (1 l ) kefir (not more than 1% -1.6%).

Drink water required, as long as you want, but not less than 1.5 liters per day. It is permitted to drink coffee, but not more than 2 cups a day, without sugar.

It is desirable to eat the last meal 4 hours before bedtime. As with any other diet, it is recommended taking a multivitamin.

Another note: When you finish the diet, do not immediately measure yourself wait another 3-4 days, and then stand on the scale (because cleansing continues for a few days, after the end of the diet).
